I love it and have adapted it to my taste over the years. I would recommend using the Nigella (black onion seeds). They give it a meatier taste which adds a new dimension to a wonderful dish. tornbetweenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01572305191622302701noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7919774181554016884.post-51200831489991318232012-12-23T09:08:16.658+13:002012-12-23T09:08:16.658+13:00I love aubergine and love the sound of this recipe...I love aubergine and love the sound of this recipe. I don't know why they call them eggplants. I grew up with my grandmother calling them aubergine, which seems to have stuck with me. They were also referred to as brinjal in our household, which I guess is the Hindii name for them.Couscous & Consciousnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06616224893242380904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7919774181554016884.post-81862386926167449802012-12-14T20:13:47.302+13:002012-12-14T20:13:47.302+13:00Thank you so much, Sara.
