Baked potato wedges ar...The steaks sound wonderful. Baked potato wedges are a favourite of ours. I soak them in cold water, rinsing several times to remove the starch then dry them. Then I place them in a plastic bag with a heaping teaspoon of polenta and a half teaspoon of spice blend. Close the bag, shake well, then drizzle a little olive oil into the bag and shake some more. Bake at 200 C for 20 minutes.
