I also recommend not skimping on the butter when you dot the top. And, I usually eat it with a few dollops of greek yogurt but I love the idea of whipped ricotta too! I love it and have adapted it to my taste over the years. I would recommend using the Nigella (black onion seeds). They give it a meatier taste which adds a new dimension to a wonderful dish. tornbetweenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01572305191622302701noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7919774181554016884.post-43064081292259925742016-12-13T07:45:48.231+13:002016-12-13T07:45:48.231+13:00Hi there, I was wondering about the blackboy peach...Hi there, I was wondering about the blackboy peaches, I want to plant one & had a couple of questions :)

1. What characteristics do the blackboy peaches have that make them better for preserving over fresh eating?

2. Would you consider there to be better tasting varieties than the blackboy, is the blackboy peach more of a showpiece plant than a top-tier tasting peach?

3. Do you think the blackboy peach is a better tasting fruit than a satsuma plum or no comparison?
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16112570660319735535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7919774181554016884.post-53525331669310877922016-09-29T04:20:47.968+13:002016-09-29T04:20:47.968+13:00I was wondering how you were enjoying the classes ...I was wondering how you were enjoying the classes and the program.
