I know you would love it. For me, although all the talks and workshops are wonderful, as is all the fabulous food and goodie bags, the really, really good part is the building on that community and connecting with other bloggers who really are an extraordinary group of people.Couscous & Consciousnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06616224893242380904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7919774181554016884.post-58101265018261621462012-09-02T18:36:16.005+12:002012-09-02T18:36:16.005+12:00Funnily enough, although I have always been fascin...Funnily enough, although I have always been fascinated by upside down cakes when I've seen recipes for them, this is the first one I've ever made. The ginger in the tea blend that I used really came through in this cake and it was a really good combo with the pineapple. If you couldn't get this tea, ground ginger would be a good substitute.

I hope you get to go to a food blogging event one day. Ours was totally awesome, and thanks to a lot of hard work on the part of our organisers and a lot of incredibly generous and supportive sponsors we paid only $100 for the two-day event (that's about 50 euros)!!
